How much is delivery?
Delivery will be free on orders over R350.
Delivery fees for orders under R350 will be calculated at checkout. It is calculated using volumes, dimensions and destination.

How long will my order take?
Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days. It will then be delivered within 3-7 business days, once dispatched/shipped to major cities and towns within South Africa. Remote areas will be delivered within 5-8 business days.

Will I receive my order over the weekend or on public holidays?
Deliveries are only made on business days.

Can I purchase if I’m not in South Africa?
Deliveries can only be made to addresses within South Africa.

Can I get delivery to a postal address?

How do I use my promotional coupon/ voucher?
To redeem a promotional coupon/voucher insert the relevant discount code into the coupon code box provided at check out. If valid, the checkout total will automatically adjust.

Orders may be cancelled at any time, provided that they do so before the order is dispatched/shipped for delivery.
